By commissioning me, you are hereby agreeing on every single one of my terms and conditions, so please read them carefully before contacting me. Thank you!

• I have the right, to decline your commission, if it clashes with any of my Dos & Don'ts, or personal reasons at any time.​

​​

• I have the right to post pictures and videos of the sculpture you commissioned me with, on my social media, unless you state otherwise.

​

• I have the right to modify and sell off a sculpture you canceled.

​​

• You may post pictures of the finished sculpture on your social media, with credits.​

​​

• You don't have any commercial rights on the commission, it is for personal use only.​

​

• You have the right to cancel your commission anytime, without a special reason.

• You are at least 18 years old.

​

                                        Do's & Don'ts                                          

• I don't sculpt animals in general. It has to be a bit unusual.

        (For example: Unicorns, Dragons, Cryptids, Dinosaurs… are fine)

​

• I don't sculpt Humans, or anything too humanoid.

        This is a grey zone though, simply ask me if I would sculpt this or not.​

​

• I don't sculpt erotic depictions, fetishes or macabre sculptures.

        I would like my sculptures to be in the SFW category.

​

                                            Payment                                         

                                                                              

I will send an invoice for the full payment in euro before I start to sketch out or form the armature, this does not include shipping costs, I will ask for it after your sculpture is finished. The payment can only be placed through PayPal. If you should prefer a payment plan, please notice that I won't ship the sculpture until half of the payment and shipping costs are received.

                                             Process                                           

                                                                                

After payment, I will sketch out and build the armature and while I work on the sculpture, we will stay in touch, so you can get frequent updates about the process and make small changes. Big changes can only be made while the sculpture is still in its sketch or armature form and depending on how major the changes are, extra fees could be charged. 

​

                                             Refunds                                          

                                                                                 

If you cancel your commission before I start to work on it, you will get a full refund. If you cancel after I ordered specific supplies, or worked on it, I could keep up to half of the payment. If there are no attempts to get a canceled sculpture back, I will modify it and sell it off. If I should cancel your commission, you will get a full refund.

                                               Prices                                           

                                                                                

After you send me all the needed information, like reference pictures, preferences ... I will be able to give you the actual price of your commission. It is usually pricier if you want your sculpture to have a dynamic pose, detailed base, build in lights, wings, an attached wooden box... basically, everything more complex. The base prices don't include shipping costs.

This is the overall height, it doesn't include the base of your sculpture (if applied).

                                    Base: None, Simple or Detailed                              

​​

None:          Your sculpture will come without a base.

Simple:       Your sculpture will have a simple aluminium core base, without many

                    details, flatcolored and individually shaped.                       

Detailed:     Your sculpture will have a higly detailed aluminium core base with                               realistic colors and individually shaped .

                    (If you would prefer a base made out of wood or a storage box, just                            check out the ,,Extras,, category)

                                         Pose: Simple or Dynamic                                    

​​

Simple:        Sitting, resting, standing ...

Dynamic:    Running, jumping, balancing on tail ... 

​

​

                                         Detail: Basic or Realistic                                    

  ​

Basic:          Your sculpture will be quite smooth to the touch. This goes well with

                     cartoon characters.

Realistic:     Your sculpture will have the highest possible amount of details to

                     give it a more realistic feel.

​

                                       Paint: Flatcolor or Detailed                                  

​​

Flatcolor:     Your sculpture will have basic flatcolors painted on it. This goes well

                     with cartoon characters. 

Detailed:      Your sculpture will have the most realistic combination of colors

                     painted on it.
